Unitrade is a foreign trade agent participating in payments. Our rights and responsibilities are stipulted by a trilateral "Client-Agent-Supplier" contract. As an agent we are the ones who acquire the imported goods from the supplier; however, it is our client who immediately becomes their owner.

IMPORT TRANSACTION TECHNOLOGY.

Our import transactions service can be presented as follows: 

• Calculating the value of the contract and payment amounts based on the client"s request.
• Conclusion the agency contract (CLIENT - Unitrade - SUPPLIER).
• Foreign currency payment, acquisition of goods.
• Transportation and insurance of the goods on the way.
• Obtaining import permissions.
• Customs clearance.
• Presentation of the corresponding documents.

Transport logistics and customs clearance are also part of our task. To carry it out we usually engage professional companies that we rely upon after long years of cooperation. However, we can also engage without any problems, let us say, the transport company recommended by our client that, for some reasons, is most appropriate for the transportation of the specific goods. Unitrade is formally the importer; therefore the our clients do not need to interact with the customs authorities. The final stage is the transfer of goods, Russian accounting documents, detail expenditure report and a set of corresponding documents confirming it to the client. Naturally, all operations are financed by the client and in Russian currency. Depending on the specific terms and conditions we are prepared to consider the financial participation of Unitrade in the transaction.
